Lutum (Latin): Clay

Welcome to Lutum Design Company! I am so glad that you're here!

All items are handmade using clay and hypoallergenic, nickel free materials.

We have converted to eco-friendly, health-conscious, nontoxic, plastic-free, and natural products. This means we will no longer use polymer clay (plastic). All polymer clay items will be available until they have sold, plus they are on sale! Thank you for following along and joining our mission for a healthier and more sustainable future. XOXO

I started Lutum Design Co in 2023 using polymer clay. After researching the properties of polymer "clay" and realizing it was just a plastic product with many toxic properties, I switched to a natural clay.

Over the process of this change, I also opened myself up to using additional mediums like eco-friendly, health-conscious, non-toxic, plastic free and natural products. This includes paper clay, terracotta, ceramic, concrete, crystal, and stone. This rebrand is meant to encompass all of the mediums that I intend on using in my jewelry, while also establishing a Faith-forward company.
